How do I order?
Email us at beary.joyful.photoart@gmail.com indicating the Package you want. We will follow up with you from there. It's that simple!

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal for international orders. For orders from Singapore, PayNow is also acceptable. Payment details will be provided upon confirming your order through email.

Do you provide hardcopy prints?
Our products are available in a 100% digital format (softcopy). If you wish to print our photos, we will aim to create high-resolution images at 300dpi; otherwise, we will use a standard 72dpi for our images. Please note that the final print size may vary based on the quality and resolution of the photo you provide, and it is recommended that you submit the best quality photos of your pet.

Are humans allowed in the photos for editing?
While we have some experience with editing humans in photos, our primary expertise and focus lie in pet photography. We prefer not to include humans in our pet-centric edits, but if desired, minimal editing can be applied to any humans present in the photo.

What is the lead delivery time?
Photo editing services are expected to take around 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and availability. Denoising services will take up to 2 days. Upon placing your order request, we will let you know our expected delivery time based on our schedule at that time, and we will only proceed with payment if you are agreeable to the proposed schedule.

What denoising software do you use?
Topaz Labs is a software that we paid for which has excellent denoising and sharpening capabilities. All photos that we edit will be run through Topaz Labs Denoise and/or Topaz Labs Sharpen where necessary.

What format should my photos for submission be in?
You can submit photos to us taken by any device (e.g. handphone, camera). While RAW formats are preferred, readily available formats like JPG/JPEG and PNG are also allowed.

What can you NOT do?
Please note that there are limitations to what Photoshop can do. For example, we cannot make an overly low resolution photo into high resolution photo. Once you contact us, we will discuss the details and ask to see your photo(s) of choice and let you know if your requests are feasible before confirming to proceed with payment.

Any tips for taking better photos of my pet?
Yes of course!

It is recommended to get the camera down to the eye level of your pet instead of shooting from top-down.

Try to keep your photography device as stable as possible when shooting.

Try to take photos outdoor with daylight. This results in much lower graininess compared to indoor lighting.

Use Burst Mode to take many photos at once.

Are revisions allowed after delivery?
There will be strictly no revisions allowed after delivery unless it is an error on our part. Please look at our Portfolio to understand our editing style before engaging us to ensure that our style is the style of your choice. Please understand that this is out of respect of the artist's style and time.

What is your refund policy?
Once we have agreed with each other on the order details and payment is made, it means that both parties have agreed to the requirements and we will not issue any refunds. This is because time would already have been spent conceptualizing and editing the photos.
